How to make homemade
Slow Cooked, Texas-style pulled pork

Ingredients
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
4 pounds pork shoulder
one cup Bar-B-Q sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup light brown sugar
one tablespoon yellow mustard
one tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
one tablespoon chili powder
one Large onion chopped
two cloves garlic diced
one and half teaspoons dried thyme
put vegetable oil in slow cooker. place pork roast in the slow cooker, add in the
Bar-B-Q sauce, apple cider vinegar and chicken both, stir in brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire, chili powder, onion, garlic, and thyme. cover cook on low until roast shreds easily with fork, 6-8 hours
Remove roast from cooker, shred meat with two forks returning pork to cooker and stir.
serve on hamburger buns
